iBranding B.V., hereafter referred to as iBranding, is the administrator of the website Studentdiscount.co.uk.
Studentdiscount.co.uk provides students with current information about offers, discount codes and tips for saving money. In other words, useful information for students to save money.
iBranding is located on Gildeweg 22, 2632 BA in Nootdorp and is responsible for processing personal data as shown in this privacy and cookie statement.
You share certain personal information with us, which allows us to provide you with the best possible service. The personal data says something about you, or can be traced back to you as an individual. iBranding is obviously guided by the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) with regard to processing this data.

Based on what purpose and foundation do we process personal data
iBranding processes your personal data when you use our website and/or when you provide information yourself. Personal data will only be processed for specifically defined purposes on the basis of a legitimate guidelines. These purposes are:

iBranding processes your personal data when you use our services and/or when you provide information to us. iBranding processes the following personal data: first and last name, gender, telephone number, email address, curriculum vitae, motivation letter, IP address (registering for double opt-in newsletter), anonymous IP address (for website analytics), location data, list with customer contact details, information about your activity on our website, internet browser and device type and other personal data you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone.
In addition, in some cases iBranding may process personal data of individuals below the age of 16. Our website and/or service is not intended for collecting data from visitors who are younger than 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you have been made aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without consent, then please contact us via email@example.com, and we will remove the relevant data.
iBranding does not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data was collected. We follow the legally applicable retention periods.
Sharing personal data with third parties
iBranding shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary as part of the agreement and in order to comply with any legal obligation. We have a processor agreement in place with companies assigned by us to process your data, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality when it comes to your data. iBranding remains responsible for these processing operations.
iBranding always stores its data within the borders of the EU. If data is shared outside these borders within the framework of the service provided, this will be done with an appropriate security level.
Cookies or similar techniques
iBranding uses technical, functional, analytical, tracking and social media cookies. In order to ensure that your request for access has in fact been made by you, we request a copy of your ID. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and social security number ('Burgerservicenummer'; BSN). This is to protect your privacy. iBranding will respond to your request as soon as possible, within a maximum of four weeks.

How we secure personal data
iBranding takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are any signs of misuse, please contact our customer service or via email@example.com.
iBranding does not make decisions on matters that can have (significant) consequences for individuals, based on automated processing. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example an iBranding employee). iBranding does not use computer programs or systems for this.
